The affairs and business of Northminster Church are managed by a Unified Board structure adhering to the Bylaws set out in the United Church of Canada Manual. The Board is responsible for exercising leadership in the care and oversight of the spiritual life and administrative function of Northminster United Church.

The committees meet at 7 pm on the second Wednesday of every month except July and August. All members are welcome to attend. The Unified Board meets at 8 pm following the meeting of the committees.
